What is
Bath therapy
Bath as a natural therapy is one of the oldest, straightforward and most effective treatments to promote well-being, muscle pain relief and deep relaxation. The results are remarkable, combining the benefits of water with Aromatherapy, pure essential oils, and the healing properties present in mineral salts. They are what we call therapeutic baths.
I began producing bath bombs and foot soak products using sustainable and renewable ingredients with knowledge acquired over my years of studying and practising clinical Aromatherapy. My products are free from any chemical such as dyes, artificial fragrance, preservatives and parabens. They are handcrafted one by one and packed with 100% recyclable materials. The ingredients used in the composition of the bath salts are of high quality and 100% organic, all-natural, eco-friendly, and it comes in a reusable glass container.
Here are some of my handmade products to make your experience bath therapy at home enjoyable, moisturizing and fulfilling

Bath Salts
People have long used bath salts as an easy way to treat mental and physical ailments. Bath salts commonly made from Epsom salt, Himalayan Pink Salt and Dead sea salt are easily dissolved in warm bath water and used for everything from stress relief to aches and pains.
Epsom salt contains magnesium and may help the body eliminate toxins responsible for exacerbating inflammation while also reducing swelling, stiffness, and pain.
This health-promoting ritual soothes the muscles, hydrates the skin, detoxifies the body, and relieves internal swelling. The macro and trace minerals found in salts are necessary for our health. Your body can draw these minerals into your bloodstream during a warm bath, which can help to balance out the entire body.
In addition to pure essential oils, I created the aromatic Bath Salts from my home to your home.
There are many medicinal properties and benefits of soaking in bath salts including:
- It Helps boosts circulation throughout the body
- Lowers blood pressure
- Relieves muscle and joint pain
- Pull toxins from your pores
- It helps to relax your mind
- It helps ease congestion during a cold or flu
- Deep cleanse the skin
- cleanse the body energetically.
Foot soak
Made from the same ingredients of the Bath Bombs, but in a smaller version and shape suitable for your feet or using our Bath Salts, an at-home foot soak is an easy way to relax and recharge after a long day. It also allows you to focus on your oft-neglected feet, which work hard all day. A foot soak soothes your muscles, hydrates your skin, and can relieve aches and pains due to standing for hours or walking in uncomfortable shoes. Plus, letting your feet sit in their bath can help reduce swelling and prevent bacteria from settling into blisters and cuts or under the toenail.
Benefits for Foot soaks, including
- bathing your feet fights fatigue
- treating fungal infections
- exfoliation
- reduces depression and anxiety
- It helps boost circulation
- boosts your immune system, warming your blood, and your soul
No matter what kind of a day you had or how stressful your day was, a foot soak is always an excellent option to relax and unwind.
